Christine Bales, BS, MLS, I (ASCP) CQA (ASQ), is the AABB Vice President of Global Impact. She serves as an international technical expert in quality systems for blood centers, transfusion services, and clinical laboratories. Bales is an assessor for AABB and a CAP inspector.

Jeannette Guarner, MD, is a Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Laboratories at the Emory University Hospital Midtown and Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs and Development.

Roa Harb, MD, is Assistant Research Physician and Associate Director of the Clinical Chemistry Fellowship Program at the Department of Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Center, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland and Co-Director of External Quality Assessment Programs at Pathologists Overseas, Inc.

Jack LadensonJack Ladenson, PhD, is Professor Emeritus, Department of Pathology and Immunology, Washington University School of Medicine. He has long been involved in activities of Pathologists Overseas Inc and has visited the clinical laboratories of most of the low income countries as ranked by the World Bank.

Anthony O. Okorodudu, PhD, MBA, DABCC, FADLM, is currently the Scientific Integrity Officer for the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and a tenured Professor of Pathology. He is Director of Clinical Chemistry Division, UTMB/Texas Department of Criminal Justice Clinical Laboratories, and Pathology Client Services/Sample Management Division. Dr. Okorodudu is an active member of the Association for Diagnostic & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM) where he currently serves as a member of the editorial board for Clinical Laboratory News. From 2002 – 2006, he served on the ADLM Board of Directors, and he was the first chair of the Committee on Point of Care Testing for the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine.

Lee Schroeder, MD, PhD, is Director of Point of Care Testing and Associate Director of the Division of Clinical Pathology at the University of Michigan. He has published extensively on global health diagnostics, including the WHO Essential Diagnostics List, landscaping studies of diagnostic availability, and decision-support models for diagnostics placement throughout laboratory networks. He has served on the WHO SAGE-IVD committee responsible for developing the Essential Diagnostics List and is co-author of the Lancet Commission on Diagnostics.

Anne E. Tebo, PhD, D(ABMLI), is a Professor, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, and Co-Laboratory Director of the Antibody Immunology Laboratory, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
