ADLM 2026 welcomes international lab medicine societies

The leadership of laboratory medicine societies from across the world visited Anaheim in August to meet at ADLM 2026 (formerly the AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo). Taking place throughout the course of the conference, the meetings solidified the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine’s (ADLM’s, formerly AACC’s) global partnerships and explored future endeavors.

ADLM leadership with Asia-Pacific Federation for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (APFCB) leadership 

The Asia Pacific Federation for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (APFCB) , La Confederación Latinoamericana de Bioquímica Clínica (COLABIOCLI), the Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine (CSLM), the European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM), the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC), and the Korean Society of Laboratory Medicine (KSLM) joined the meetings, which were chaired by 2025-2026 ADLM President Paul Jannetto, PhD, with the support of ADLM staff.

Each year, ADLM’s president and the association’s international partners discuss ways to further opportunities for laboratory medicine professionals through collaboration and synergy. The association is excited to meet with its partners again in the months ahead.
