The 2024 Salary Survey conducted by ADLM’s Society for Young Clinical Laboratorians (SYCL) was designed to capture salary and benefits data for all board-certified clinical chemists (ABCC, NRCC, CABC) working in the United States and Canada. The goal of the salary survey was to provide the findings to ADLM and SYCL members so they can make informed decisions while conducting job searches.
In total, 291 responses were received. A sub-analysis of PhD, DABCC Board-Certified Clinical Chemists working in the US (158 respondents) can be found in this publication. Compensation data for all 267 US and 24 Canadian respondents is shown as part of a supplement to the publication.
