Oral Fluid Mandatory Guidelines Update (page 9)

The Department of Health and Human Services published the final Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs using Oral Fluid (OFMG) in the Federal Register on October 25, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. The OFMG provides the scientific and technical guidelines to permit federal executive branch agencies to add oral fluid testing to their workplace drug testing programs.
