Catherine Mills, PhD, NRCC, is an assistant professor in the department of pathology and laboratory medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and associate medical director of clinical chemistry labs and immunology. She is a board-certified clinical chemist through the National Registry of Certified Chemists. Dr. Mills' research and clinical interest focus on enhancing diagnostic precision and patient care through several key areas, to include toxicology, therapeutic drug monitoring, and biomarkers.
