Qishui Ou, PhD, is vice president of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University and a doctoral supervisor, specializing in clinical immunology and molecular diagnostics. He holds leading society roles—vice chair of the Chinese Society of Laboratory Medicine, vice president of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association of Laboratory Medicine, and president of the Fujian Medical Doctor Association of Laboratory Medicine. He founded and directs key provincial centers, including the Fujian Key Laboratory of Laboratory Medicine, the Gene Diagnosis Research Center (FJMU), and the Fujian Clinical Research Center for Clinical Immunology.
