Contact Customer Service immediately or telephone at 1.800.892.1400 or 1.202.857.0717. - Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
- Checks and wire transfers will be refunded via check. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Downloads, Online Certificate Programs
- There are no cancellations or refunds for downloads or online learning.
Meeting/Webinar/Virtual Meeting Cancellation Policy

- by the deadline stated for the specific meeting, and
- are subject to a processing fee.
