Description
Clinical laboratories are central to providing cost-effective, quality care. Test results are used to assess the health of the patient, mitigate treatment risks, and develop personalized treatment strategies that can improve patient outcomes and optimize the delivery of care. This webinar will highlight two value-based care strategies that illustrate how laboratory test results and laboratory access strategies can be used to address discrepancies in the quality of care, risks associated with treatment options, and facilitate targeted interventions that enhance patient outcomes.
Our expert speakers will focus on these transformative care initiatives from their respective cross-disciplinary healthcare teams. In the first example, Dr. Gabriel Garcia with TriCore Reference Laboratories will describe how longitudinal laboratory data is used to identify care gaps and risk factors to improve patient outcomes in a value-based care environment. Ms. Kremitske with Geisinger will share successes of distributing test kits to patient homes to improve patient care. Both examples illustrate the innovative ways that clinical laboratories can contribute to value-based care initiatives.
Join our experts to learn how they identified, refined, and implemented these advances within their institutions and improved the delivery of care.
