Case description

A 40-year-old female presented with a history of recurrent triple negative breast adenocarcinoma. The patient was treated with lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy followed by chemotherapy and radiation. Five years later, a mass grew at the lumpectomy site. Biopsy confirmed invasive ductal adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis upon subsequent mastectomy, lymph node excision, and imaging evaluation. The patient was treated with chemotherapy and radiation and enrolled in Magrolimab clinical trials.
